Shipping & Delivery
Where are you based?
Doodlz is based in Budapest, Hungary, but we ship worldwide.
Your order is fulfilled from the location closest to you whenever possible, so you don't have to wait for your order to travel halfway around the world.
- UK orders are shipped from the UK
- European orders are shipped from the EU
- US orders are shipped from the US
- Canadian orders are shipped from Canada
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders usually take 2–4 business days to process before they are shipped.
Once your order is on its way, delivery times depend on your location:
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- UK: 3–5 business days
- United States: 5–7 business days
- Canada: 4–7 business days
Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and occasional delays can happen once your order is with the carrier.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your package along the way.
Didn't receive your shipping confirmation? Just drop us a line at hello@doodlz.shop and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
What if my package is lost or something goes wrong with delivery?
If your package seems to be lost, hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, or something doesn't look right with the delivery, please get in touch at hello@doodlz.shop.
We'll look into it and do our best to help get things sorted.
About Your Doodlz Tee
What should I know about the Comfort Colors t-shirts?
I chose Comfort Colors because I absolutely love their colors and I think they fit the Doodlz philosophy perfectly.
Our hobbies are supposed to make us feel good. They're the things we think about when we need a little pick-me-up, the things we're excited to talk about, and the things that make us us. Add a cheerful color to that, and I think the feeling gets even better.
But the colors aren't the only reason I chose these tees! Comfort Colors t-shirts are incredibly comfortable from the start, they already feel a little like that old favorite t-shirt you've had forever. And they're made to be durable, so hopefully your Doodlz tee will become one of your favorites, too.
Will my shirt shrink after washing?
Comfort Colors t-shirts are pre-shrunk during the garment dye and wash processes, which means there should be very little shrinkage at home when washed according to the care instructions.
How do I choose the right size?
You'll find a detailed Size Guide page to help you choose the right fit.

Are the t-shirts true to size?
Yes! Our t-shirts are true to size.
They have a relaxed, comfortable fit, so if you prefer a more oversized look, you may want to size up.
Are Doodlz t-shirts unisex?
Yes! All of our t-shirts are unisex, making them easy to wear regardless of how you like your clothes to fit.
Why does my t-shirt have a weird smell?
Don't worry, this can happen with garment-dyed garments like Comfort Colors t-shirts.
The garment dyeing process can sometimes leave a slightly unusual smell on a new tee, but it should disappear after one or two washes.
How should I take care of my Doodlz tee?
A little care goes a long way! To keep your tee and its print looking their best:
- Machine wash at max. 30°C / 90°F
- Wash inside out
- Tumble dry on low, or hang dry
- Wash with similar colors
And then just wear it, enjoy it, and let it become your new favorite. 🧡
Will you release more hobbies/designs?
Absolutely! Doodlz is just getting started.
New hobbies and designs will be added over time, so if there's a hobby you can't wait to see on a Doodlz tee, we'd love to hear about it.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns & exchanges?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Please keep in mind that you'll be responsible for the return postage fee.

What if I receive the wrong item?
If something isn't right with your order, please email us at hello@doodlz.shop and let us know what happened.
If you received the wrong item, please include a photo of what you received so we can look into it and help get things sorted.
What if my t-shirt arrives damaged or has a printing issue?
We're sorry! That's definitely not how your Doodlz order should arrive.
Please send us an email at hello@doodlz.shop with a photo of the issue, and we'll look into it and help find the best solution for you.
